Guarantee: After our discussion about deadlines, I will take the time needed to create your perfect personalised poem. To ensure you are 100% satisfied with my service you will receive 2 revisions to your poem. If more time is needed a fee of $60 per hour will be added to total invoice.

TERMS

All prices are in Australian Dollars.
A 24 hour cancellation notice applies- failure to give notice within 24 hours, a 50% fee will apply.
At least 4 weeks notice for Australian clients and 8 weeks for Overseas clients is needed ahead of time in order to accommodate revisions and the like.
Rush Jobs: An additional $100 above the total package fee will be charged to accommodate you ahead of other clients.
All overseas and domestic packages will be send in regular mail and will need to be signed for on arrival. Express packages will be sent express and signed on for arrival.
100% FULL Payment will be required UPFRONT. Payment to be made by bank transfer, PayPal or Bank Cheque/Check only.
Additional copies of personalised poem is $20 each. If poem is needed to be shipped separately an express shipping fee will apply.
